With over 10 years of teaching experience with students of all ages and skill levels, I am an expert in the field of guitar, ukulele and bass music education. My students receive the highest quality education that compares to any music school, yet on a smaller, more personal level. I care about cultivating the whole musician with an emphasis not only on technique and theory, but the love of music. I understand and care deeply about my individual students needs and learning styles. My approach will vary with every student. I am able to asses beginners (of any age) to see if they are ready for guitar or ukulele and am able to help the most seasoned player prepare for any gig. I love working with anyone interested in music that would like to explore their talents and creativity! Studying under Bruce Forman, Pat Kelley, Nick Stoubis and Frank Potenza I earned my degree in Jazz guitar performance from the Thornton School of Music at USC. My formal education started with classical guitar under a former student of Andres Segovia, which continued throughout college under Adam Del Monte and James Smith. I am a professional musician and composer and am an expert in the fields of pop/rock/folk/blues, jazz/improvisation, music theory, classical, composition/song writing and recording/music production. I am an active performer and studio musician. My music has been featured in film and TV as well modern dance productions across the country.
