Nutrition with Lorrie L.

I began teaching dance fitness in 1982 and became Zumba licensed in 2010. I began dancing at the age of 8 and instructed dance classes as a teenage and in my twenties - until I discovered dance-fitness....when I found it was the best of both worlds! I also became certified as a personal trainer and nutritionist and have worked for the Aerobic & Fitness Association of America as an Examiner and Workshop Presenter providing workshops in choreography, circuit training and weight management.
