Sigma Alpha Iota is a professional International Music Fraternity for women. Formed to uphold the highest standards of music and to further the development of music in America and throughout the world, it continues to provide musical and educational resources to its members and the general public.Sigma Alpha Iota operates its own national philanthropy, Sigma Alpha Iota Philanthropies, Inc.

The American Federation of Teachers is a union of professionals that champions fairness; democracy; economic opportunity; and high-quality public education, healthcare and public services for our students, their families and our communities. We are committed to advancing these principles through community engagement, organizing, collective bargaining and political activism, and especially through the work our members do.

Begun in 1920 as the Texas Band Teachers Association, the Texas Music Educators Association is an organization of over 10,000 school music educators dedicated to promoting excellence in music education. TMEA is comprised of five divisions: Band, Orchestra, Vocal, Elementary and College. On behalf of its members and Texas schoolchildren, TMEA carefully monitors the actions of all state decision-making bodies on issues affecting fine arts instruction in Texas. In addition to many member benefits, TMEA offers professional development opportunities for its members with Region workshops and especially with its annual Clinic/Convention. TMEA supports the future of music education by offering scholarships to music education majors and by sponsoring the Texas Future Music Educators, an organization through which high school students interested in careers in music education learn more about what to expect in their college education and future careers.

Gamma Beta Phi has chapters all across the United States. It regularly inducts thousands of academically excellent students who share its mission of promoting education and providing community service to their colleges and communities. The Society has made a major impact all across America. In recent years, The Gamma Beta Phi Society has collected thousands of books for St. Jude Children’s Hospital, six thousand pairs of shoes for citizens of Iraq, collected thousands of hats for the Heavenly Hats Foundation, thousands of letters to the service men and woman onboard the USS Kitty Hawk, and bought an Ark for Heifer International. The Society’s list of accomplishments is long and impressive; we would love to have you help us in our endeavors.

Alpha Chi Omega is at the forefront of women’s fraternal organizations as we strive to position our members for success both today and in the future. The Foundation’s mission is to support the educational and philanthropic purposes of Alpha Chi Omega through effective fundraising and stewardship of financial resources.
