My personal practice is a distillation of several different styles focusing on Kundalini. This allows me to make my classes more personalized for each student that I teach, whether it is purely yoga for fitness, or a combination of yoga, meditation and other like activities. Whatever is best to meet the needs and goals of each person that I teach. As with many poses themselves, flexibility is key.

I began my journey with Yoga as a part of my martial arts studies about 12 years ago. Since then I could not be happier with the results, both with my fitness and my personal growth. A growth I'm eager to share with others as I've taken the next step from my private practices into teaching the things that I've learned
