Piano with Kristin R.

My name is Kristin R. and I am a graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. I play a variety of instruments from piano, violin, ukulele, drums and percussion to gigging around Los Angeles and being apart of various musical projects and fronting my own band where I play synth, guitar and sing lead vocals. I am incredibly passionate about music and love to share the idea and love for it with others. I have tutored peers with theory at my university, have tutored college students with disabilities such as Autism, taught drums to middle schoolers at my former middle school, and have taught beginning and intermediate piano to students of all ages through takelessons and Musicland in Fontana, CA. I have a strong emphasis in theory and fundamentals and will go the extra mile in teaching so that the student is not only well rounded in their desired instrument but in the general ideas in the art of music.
