Hello and thank you for your interest in taking lessons with me. I have been teaching for twenty years and in that time I have developed an approach that is tailored to each student. My main goal in teaching is to promote the enjoyment of music. I work with students on developing a good tone first. I'll use materials that interest the student to work on further advancing their skills. I am well versed in classical, jazz and rock/funk/pop.
