Frost School of Music

As teaching assistant under Professor Pamela McConnell, I was in charge of organizing undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral student chamber groups. I made sure that they had coaches, and that they had a time and place to perform for their midterm and final evaluations. This meant I also designed programs for performances. I also gave several lessons to many of the undergraduate students. I did this in order to accumulate teaching experience as well to assist Professor McConnell in her busy schedule. My minor duties were clerical, which meant I would keep track of Professor McConnell's schedule as well as the schedule of the her viola studio. I made sure that every student had a scheduled lesson every week and would help maintain the general flow of her studio meetings throughout the year.

Hall-Musco Conservatory

A two week music festival that takes place in the Crested Butte, CO. This camp provides daily lessons and rehearsal times with pianists as well as chamber groups. Musicians are also encouraged to explore the surrounding beauty of the Coloradan mountains and rivers.

Cremona Music Festival

A two and half week program in Cremona, Italy that provides opportunities for solo, chamber, and orchestral work. Students are expected to take daily lessons, rehearse with pianists, and rehearse with two chamber groups, which will perform at the end of the festival. Soloists from all of the world are invited to perform with student orchestras and chamber groups, and are often found coaching quartets, quintets, etc.
