Beginner

I have been with the same rock and roll band since 1984. My drumming idol is Buddy Rich, but i do really like a lot of other drummers such as Vinnie Colaiuta,Steve Gadd and one of the newest female sensational drummers from Japan Senri Kawaguchi.

Drummer/Musician

As a drumming instructor, Jack is a firm believer that listening is as important as hitting the skins.  He teaches that a good drummer needs to hear and feel what his band-mates are playing and singing.   Jack also teaches that the drum-beat is the heart-beat, whether or not your goal is to drum for a jazz trio, a five-piece rock band, or a 25 piece big band.

I have been a professional drummer for the past 40 years, keeping the beat for the classic rock and roll band Lil’ Elmo & The Cosmos. As a working musician, i have performed throughout the United States at concerts, showrooms, special events, fairs, award shows, Hollywood wrap parties and sporting events. I am a very easy going person and i love everything about drumming. Me and my band have been fortunate enough to share stages and open shows for Three Dog Night, The Beach Boys, Sheila E, and The Righteous Brothers.
