My name is Delaram and I am a working opera singer. I have been a soloist with institutions such as Los Angeles Philharmonic, Los Angeles Master Chorale, Grammy award winning Southwest Chamber ensemble in venues such as Walt Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Bowl, Hammer Museum and the Huntington Gardens. My voice can be heard on several motion picture soundtracks including "Heaven is for real" and "Romeo and Juliet". Singing is an extremely personal experience and the human voice is considered to be the most mysterious instrument in the world. Every human body is created differently and for this very reason, I tailor each lesson to your specific needs and abilities in order to find your "true voice". If you are working towards an audition or performance, or are just interested in casually developing your skills further as a musician and vocalist, I will help you reach your long/short term goals to the best of your abilities. My teaching philosophy has always been first an emphasis on technique, interpretation, and the performance aspect, but most of all I value true ORIGINALITY and ARTISTRY.
