I have been a personal trainer for over 28 years .My fitness career includes aerobic instructor (step, strength training, flexibility, high/lo impact, slide). Subsequently, I became the aerobic director of a club in New York. After acquiring a personal training certification, I opened my own business in Connecticut in 1989. My family moved to Florida in 1993 so that I could help my father who was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. I began my training business in Tampa in 1994. I have clients with various medical conditions such as Parkinson's Disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, cancer and more. Doctors refer rehab patients to me. I have rehabilitated injuries such as ACL reconstructs, knee, shoulder, rotators, back, elbow, ankle problems and more. I have trained athletes in various sports as well as people looking for healthy lifestyles. I have been married for 32 years and have 3 grown children.
