French with Carolyn M.

I am a bilingual (English-French) American with an international background and years of experience in education and psychology. I perfected my French living in Belgium for almost 11 years, where I obtained a master's in educational psychology. I also worked as an English teacher for Berlitz while living abroad, so I have received special training in how to teach foreign languages. I began learning French in high school, so I understand how difficult learning a foreign language for the first time can be for students of this age. Having obtained a near-native level of French and an almost perfect French accent after living abroad for many years, I am uniquely qualified to help other Americans master this beautiful language. I have been tutoring French for almost two years and am very patient and encouraging.
