    I've been teaching music formally and informally almost my entire life. When I started playing piano in elementary school, I was lucky enough to meet a teacher who knew how to make music easy and fun to learn. I've kept learning, making, and teaching music to this day. Currently teaching Keyboard for an after school program in the San Fernando Valley. I also teach Flute, Alto or Tenor Saxophone, Bass Guitar, and Ableton Live. My clients describe me as patient, enthusiastic, and focused. Who does this apply to? I teach Beginner and Intermediate music students of any age from Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to extended chords and song composition. If you are interested in lessons please leave a message.

    Blaine has been teaching keyboards to my 7 year-old child over the summer break. After 12 sessions with him, my son (on beginner-level) learned so much so that he was able to audition for a talent show. Teacher Blaine has passion in teaching kids and uses methods that makes learning really fun. He is truly professional, dedicated and knowledgeable on his field. I definitely will continue on hiring him to teach my kid.

    He is the best!! My son is a very active/hyper child, has a hard time staying put in one place. Blaine has alot of patiences with him. My son has learned alot and I am amazed how well he plays the piano

    Blaine is great. My 10-year-old daughter loves her weekly lessons with him. He's patient but challenging, and is an overall great 1-on-1 musical educator.
