Hello, and thank you for your interest in singing, voice rehab and speech training in the greater Lehigh Valley, PA. I look forward to sharing my expertise with you or your child. * Are you unhappy about the sound of your voice or speech? * Do you have a healthy voice and want to learn to sing better to keep it that way? * Have you been battling vocal trouble and wish you could return to a healthy voice that reflects who you are and what you do? * Do you want to experience the art, science, skill and joy of singing or speaking better? Then, I look forward to getting to know you and crafting a training program to achieve your goals. My background includes training in NYC and Boston with extraordinary mentors. I received my undergrad conservatory degree in jazz voice from Manhattan School of Music and my Master of Science degree from Boston University/Sargent College in speech-language pathology and voice therapy. I can prepare you to audition, perform, present, or converse with confidence at school, at work, at home or on stage. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ My Philosophy: I focus on five aspects of practice: Articulation, breathing, rhythm, tone and a personal connection to the material. I love to teach because I love to learn. As a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) and The American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA), I stay on top of the latest voice practices and techniques. I work with singers and speakers who need to address asthma, nodes, hoarseness, English as a second language, stuttering, or other language challenges. I am also one of the only instructors in the area experienced in training transgender individuals to achieve an authentic voice. Healthy speech, singing and performing are possible for us all, no matter our age, background or profession! I look forward to sharing our voices together. Let's get started! Ms. Annie

I can't say enough good things about Anne. Our daughter (now 11) started voice lessons with her about a year ago. Smart and talented and energetic, Anne is awesome with children. She gets our daughter to focus (this can be challenging) and work hard, but always keeps the lesson fun and exciting. Perhaps most importantly, Anne really knows her stuff. Our daughter has learned so much--about listening, getting the best sound, increasing her range, protecting her voice. They work together on finding material that my daughter likes, and Anne even arranges open mic nights at a local club so her students can try performing if they want to. Anne is a voice pathologist as well as vocalist, so you can't go wrong. I recommend her so highly for kids, and I am sure she's great with adults too.

After one lesson I know that Annie is going to help me get past my 30+ year phobia of singing in front of people and help get me to a place where I'll want to sing for the fun of it! She is a very compassionate and empathic teacher and is thoughtful with lesson plan and approach.
