Mu Phi Epsilon (ΜΦΕ) is a co-ed international professional music fraternity. Today, Mu Phi Epsilon has chapters both nationally and internationally. The fraternity supports achievement in music through the awarding of grants and scholarships, as well as music competitions, concerts, and summer music programs. Much of this work has been supported by the Mu Phi Epsilon Foundation, an organization that has been in existence since 1963, as well as fundraising and donations.

I have been playing piano for over 20 years, have a Master's in Music from Arizona State University and love sharing my passion with my students!

I believe in providing exciting piano lessons that are engaging, relevant and fun.

I believe in piano lessons that focus not only on gaining technique but on creating that 'aha' moment and cultivating a life long love for music.

I value keeping things personal and interesting and work hard to achieve a lesson plan that is specific to each child.

I love piano students who are excited and passionate about learning the piano.

I believe my program is unique and I will continue to work hard for each of my students to create an experience that works for them.

After living in Anchorage Alaska for the past 3 years, my husband, daughter and I recently moved to Tacoma. While in Anchorage I taught a studio of around 35 students with age ranges from 4 to adult. I also performed regularly with the Anchorage Opera and Anchorage Symphony on french horn. I have a BM in Music Performance from University of the Pacific and an MM in Music Performance from Arizona State University. I have played piano for over 20 years and french horn for over 15. I love music and I love sharing it with people!

When I'm not doing music, I love reading, hiking and running!

We have  enjoyed being taught by miss Anna
She is  very encouraging  and up lifting.

I have been talking piano lessons with Anna for three months now and I am very pleased with her as an instructor and plan to continue for a long time.

She is in tune with Dylan and his interest in music. Very friendly and helps him stayed interested in learning a new skill.

Anna is an excellent instructor.  She listened to my goals and has put forth plans to help me achieve them.  Although only with her for a few weeks I feel totally at ease and have learned a lot.  Looking forward to continuing our association and learning new things.
