Cooking with Angela D.

I have been teaching an occupational culinary program to high school students since 2004. The curriculum I teach is developed buy the National Restaurant Association. I work hand in hand with local chefs and the Oklahoma Restaurant Association to expose my students to industry standards and expectations. I also teach industry Service for food safety and sanitation. I am asked all he time by adults to teach them skills they never learned at home. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.
