If you at one time ,thought what you may do ,if involved in a confrontation be it verbally or Physical. ,i know i can help you out with that. My approach is very simple and practical. If u want and need Competitive, and advance knowledge I assure we can work and achieve that also. Looking forward to working with my next student !! and reaching your Goal. (NO UNIFORM REQUIRED)

Sensei knows a lot about what he's teaching. His lessons are very well prepared. He won't let you continue unless you have correctly performed your moves. If you see him in action you will understand exactly what I'm talking about. I have been doing MMA for awhile and have had many different instructors. He is by far one of the best. He cares if you are satisfied with what you have learned by the end of his lesson.

Sensei Jorge provided me the techniques/moves needed to bring my Jiu Jitsu to the next level. Actually, he teaches a Combat Judo that provides the detailed information needed to perform all three martial arts. His dedication and knowledge to assist in the learning is impeccable! I truly miss his classes! Anyone interested in learning from a professional needs to contact him for his class schedule!

I have known Jorge for over 25 year's and he's always been a man of high character integrity and morals, would recommend him to teach and guide in any capacity needed.
I have been providing tennis lessons, both private and group, for more than 25 years. I have extensive experience teaching players of all ages and skill levels. During my time as a certified tennis in
structor, I have served as a teaching pro for the Ft. Washington Pool and Tennis Association (MD), Washington Tennis Services International, City of Falls Church (VA), Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, and as an independent private instructor. Over the years, I have directed summer tennis camps and served as both a men’s and juniors’ team coach through the Greater Washington Tennis Association, National Junior Tennis League and First Serve Tennis Academy. Although I specialize in and especially enjoy teaching beginner and intermediate players of all ages, I can teach players at all skill levels, including those with special needs. I live in Alexandria, VA, but I conduct lessons throughout the Northern Virginia area.
I have always been active. I was a baseball athlete in school, and have been involved with various fitness and sports activities during my adult years. I have been a Personal Trainer, and swimming i
nstructor for over 5 years. I really enjoy helping people stay fit and in good health, and helping kids learn to swim and be safe in water is fun and makes me feel great.

My experience training with Don is a five star review! Dons positivity and attitude towards health and fitness carries over to all aspects of the work out with him. Don is very knowledgable! When working out with Don you are more than just a client, you are an athlete and a friend. Definitely don't miss a chance to workout with him!
Thanks Don !

Tara was wonderful when working with my boys. She was always on time, never cancelled and was always smiling. She was gentle and guided them through each project. I would highly recommend Tara to anyone who wanted a personal, quality lesson in art.
