I am returning to piano as an adult after many years away. Darla did a great job assessing and understanding where I am on the learning curve now and laying out a plan forward from there. She is very positive, encouraging and excited to teach others. I am looking forward to working with her to become a better player.

My daughter was reluctant to take lessons (she's 14 and way to busy for anything so ... useful), but began to really look forward to them as soon as the first one was over. Lisa was able to quickly assess my daughter's ability and interests and tailor the lessons to get her excited. We've both enjoyed having Lisa as her teacher and I highly recommend her!
