Computer Programming Lessons in Cowpens. Amazing Teachers.

I did not originally have a computer programming background. What motivated me to pursue it was the opportunity and how it seemed exciting to understand how to use technology better. That being said, I was able to teach myself coding skills and understand what it takes to teach someone who is not familiar with computer programming whatsoever while making it applicable to real world scenarios. In addition, I am currently getting my masters in computer science at Northeastern University, so I also have an understanding on how to help those learning computer programming in a school environment.

I have been programming since 2005. I know about 15 programming languages and a few framework. I am fairly familiar with all of the basics of computer programming and software development in general. I have done Web development, Game development, mobile development and everything in between like Computer graphics, Visual Computing and Machine Learning. I have quite an array of experiences in the software development domain. If you need anyone to explain any difficult concepts in laymen's term, I am your man!

I have a Master's degree in Applied Linguistics with a minor in Psychology. I graduated summa cum laude with a 3.95 GPA. I also have special teaching licenses in TEFL and TESOL. I have been tutoring for 15+ years all grade levels and subjects, Mathematics, Sciences, Social Studies, and Language Arts. In my experience, no two students are alike, and I'm able to identify unique needs, to help each student progress. Students find me patient, kind and fun to work with. Regarding ESL tutoring, I have a deep understanding of the science and research behind the way English as a second language is learned. I also train teachers on state-adopted ESL materials, so I have access to great resources. I love technology and enjoy using it as a tool for my work. I'm flexible and can adapt to the way each individual student learns best.

Self-taught software engineer with experiences in autonomous vehicles, high-frequency trading, and cybersecurity. I am also currently attending a top 10 computer science Masters program at Georgia Tech specializing in machine learning/artificial intelligence to fill in the gaps in my knowledge.

I know firsthand how difficult it is to learn programming whether you are a total newbie, or a budding intermediate, but I have overcame these challenges myself and will guide you to overcome them too. I also have 3 years of tutoring experience, which will surely come in handy!

I make sure i take my time to make sure my client understands the lesson. I'm also patient and don't mind going over things a couple of times. I let my clients know that there's no such thing as a stupid question, i'm all about clients asking a lot of questions.
