I teach the very beginner to the very advanced levels. combining piano technique with music theory and some history and analysis of western music so the student will understand what he's doing and be able to interpret in the right style of the music he's playing.
Experienced violin teacher of 14 years available for eager students of all experience levels and ages! I structure my lessons so students learn what they want to learn, while also building a strong foundation of music skills. I specialize in classical viola, violin, and piano and typically use either the Suzuki Method or traditional method (Faber, Alfred, Essential Elements), and also have the following tools available to use during lessons: Weighted electric keyboard (piano), my own viola/violin, music stands, metronomes, music manipulative, etc. Please note that string students must have their own instrument and all students are required to bring a notebook and procure their own sheet music.

For advanced students, If you have books already, we can work out of them or I can recommend an advanced book for you.
