Experienced teacher of 5 years, specializing in the beginner/intermediate painting student. All ages are welcome. With curriculum building experience as a previously certified Art teacher, I have the expertise to cater to any type of ability or age of student. Lessons are customized and catered to the needs/goals of each student. I have been teaching professionally for more than 10 years. I can teach a total beginner and I can guarantee the profound change in his skill level (regardless of his age), after 2 months of the attentive following of my instructions. I like to watch the progress of my student and this is what brings me the best satisfaction in my occupation.
I think that every human being is unique with his own unique way of thinking and perception of the common things. When teaching, I believe in dialogue, for this reason, I never record my lessons on video, except for the promotional needs. I like to meet new students, to understand their way of thinking and to invent the individual teaching approach or methodology for each one of them.

Deron C. has been exploring oil painting for over 20 years and has been teaching others how to express themselves creatively with it for over 10. He will lead you through a creative process that encourages creativity and allows painting students the freedom to paint in an intuitive way. Paint what you see whether the reference material is a photograph or a three-dimensional still life.
