Wow Sergey is really great at this! My daughter just turned 5 and is still practicing her headstands against the wall hours later. Sergey's advice to have her 'help' me practice MY stretching is a double win and making her more willing to do her pushups and splits too. We are really looking forward to the next class already. Emily is a great teacher, who really is invested in her students progress. She makes the lessons a great blend of technique work and repitore. When she picks music she gives options to the student and makes sure to pick something that helps you grow as a musician but isn’t too difficult or challenging. Over all I have had only good experiences while taking lessons with her.

Emily is an amazing voice teacher! I have taken lessons with her for about 9 months, and with her guidance I have grown both as a singer and as a person. She knows how to motivate students to work hard, build confidence, and be excited about music. I am grateful to have her as my teacher and look forward to every lesson with her. Although I came into the process somewhat skeptical but open-minded, Emily has made me a believer. She has performed reiki on me many times and I always feel a palpable difference in how I feel both physically and mentally afterwards. Imagine lying down on your mat. You take a deep breath, expand your lungs and belly, and allow yourself to melt more into the mat with every exhalation. Your whole body relaxes. Your mind relaxes. You feel the energy you just created in a your yoga class and let go. You notice the energy flowing from the top of your head, down your body and you know you just created something special. That's what my very first yoga class was like almost 15 years ago. I fell in love with yoga and now I share my knowledge and passion for yoga, meditation, and all things health and wellness related to students every day.

I have been practicing and learning for almost 15 years love helping others improve their lives. I'm a 200-RYT, NASM Certified personal trainer, meditation and Reiki 1 & 2 practitioner. I have been teaching students ages 15-90 from begi

Nicole is a fantastic teacher with a genuine desire to help. She will teach you how to gain a further understanding of each pose and give you tiny tweaks on how to go deeper. When you think you have reached your physical limit you'll hear her whisper breathe and you'll sink deeper into it. Absolutely incredible at what she does.

Steve contacted me before my first lesson to discuss what I expected from the session. I had only scheduled one lesson and wanted to try it out for myself and because I am enrolled in a graduate study program; I needed to try an alternative healing session so I could complete an assignment. I loved that Steve explained the movements and how they affected the internal body, mind, and spirit. He is a wealth of information and I plan on continuing to learn from him.

My journey into yoga started out with just wanting to be able to touch my toes. I sat down on my mat in my first class in a room with about 40 other students, nervous as ever about all the crazy gymnastic like poses we'd have to do. Our teacher turned down the lights a bit, turned on some soft flute music, and asked us to take a deep breath. Then another. Then another. Slowly she guided us to move our bodies and focus on how each breath felt in each position. Eventually, breath by breath, I was able to touch my toes.

When I approach yoga with students, I tailor it to you and always bring it back to the breath. Do you want to work out? Let's get it. You want to chill out, let's chill you out then. Wanna do a handstand? Let's get to a wall! We will get to where you want to go, one breath at a time.

Li Ya-Dang was born and raised in New England. As a child he enjoyed play-fighting with his friends and all things martial arts. Although his was raised without any formal training, the yearning within him grew. It wasn’t until later that he began his journey into wushu.
During his time studying Roger Williams University and commuting to school a calling was felt to seek out and find a master in order to balance all of his work and study as well as himself. He first studied Taekwondo under the tutelage of the late Keith Medeiros, a 6th Dan Master. At 20, walking into a quiet gym, it was then that he discovered Wen-Qing Wu and began his first steps into Chinese martial arts through Tai-Chi Chuan (Taijichuan). Eventually all his time was diverted to training under his new master and the teachings of his Grandmaster, Liang Shou-Yu. Study
ing movements from Taijichuan, Northern Longfist, Emei styles and weapons, he absorbed all that he could. He added Baguahzhang, xingyichuan and nèijiā to his training soon enough. After a few years he was already assisting in classes and began black belt training.
Li continued to train with his master to learn how to be leader as well as instruct others.
After many years, Li decided to “come down off the mountain” and follow the Dao’s path for his life. He then began transition towards that of a teacher and master. Dedicated to research of the Emei system and its current lineage holders he took it upon himself to explore, excavate mysteries of the past in order to reestablish ancient relics of kungfu to share with all who would learn from him. His founding of the White Monkey System is a reincarnation of Bai Yuan’s original studies along with White Cloud’s inclusion of Buddhist and Daoist teachings together.
After 17 years of martial experience his goal is to pass along the long secretive traditions to a new generation of students.
