I have just started guitar lessons with Stan and the lessons are going very well. It's exciting to be learning note reading which is something I have always wanted to do. Stan is thorough and clear in his instructions and I look forward to each lesson. I feel lucky to have Stan as my teacher.

Stan is very knowledgeable about singing, and he teaches more than just voice lessons. It seems like he looks for the best in you as an artist, and try to take it to another level. I'm a new student of his, and it's been great so far. Looking forward to the weekly lessons.

Stan is obviously both knowledgeable and talented but he is also a very good teacher and will tailor your lessons not only to your ability but also to your own personal goals

Danilo is a really great drum teacher. Challenging, but also meets you at what ever level you're at. When limbs don't know how to rally together for a new thing, he's a very good cheerleader until it comes together or helps make it make sense to break through that wall. Enjoys good music too. Super recommend.

Great teacher. Fills me with confidence. Also it is awesome and inspiring to hear him play.

Danilo is great! He adjusts each weeks lesson to adapt to my needs. Patient, easy going, and very knowledgeable about what I need to work on and giving me exercises to work on between lessons. Highly recommend!

John is a very effective teacher. I took bass lessons and I have improved so much. John is an amazing teacher and I would recommend him to anyone looking to learn the bass guitar or upright bass.

Jonathan taught me when I was around middle school age and has left a lasting impression on how I approach the bass and music 10-ish years later. Under his tutelage I learned music theory, techniques, and all sorts of different genres and styles.

His lessons were always very professional. I always felt challenged, but not overwhelmed, by the material being taught. He also made it easy to be interested in the lessons; he would always ask if there's any song or genre that I wanted to learn and that sort of thing.

Overall, definitely a 5/5 top shelf educator and musician.

I've been a guitarist my whole life, and I've been a teacher the past 10 years. I have a passion for helping students like you learn what YOU want to learn, and creating a clear path to your goals. I have a Bachelors in music from Columbia College Chicago, a thriving arts school in the heart of downtown Chicago. I've toured extensively as a songwriter, and written and recorded dozens of albums with the Chicago band Minor Characters. I now live in Los Angeles. Hey there!

I am a double-platinum award winning music-producer, songwriter, artist and musician from Germany.

I started playing the guitar when I was 12 years old and since then I was able to gain a lot of experiences on stage, in the studio and as a teacher!
I played in a band for many years, I write my own songs and I produce bands and solo artists.

In 2015 I’ve graduated from the well known ArtEZ University of Music in the Netherlands with a Bachelors of Music degree.
During my studies I’ve covered a lot of subjects e.g.: music theory, music history, music production, music management and also „how to teach music“!

After my studies I’ve worked for several years as a music-producer and achieved a double-platinum award for my work.

As you can see, I’ve got a lot of different qualities and I would love to share my knowledge with you!
Moreover I’m experienced in online-teaching and I have worked with several age groups already!

The most important thing is that I ...

Sergej is an awesome guitar teacher! I chose Sergej as my teacher as he is very experienced on different levels. From the first lesson on I knew that he had a clear picture in mind with a lesson plan tailored to my needs and profile. His lessons are highly structured, with a fun finger warm up, listening activities (through him, I learnt how important those are for my personal development and goals) and plenty of time to work on songs that I always wanted to play! His approach is holistic and the feedback I get is always super constructive; plus he has lots of tips on hand that help reaching my goals faster! I have taken lessons at schools before but none of them was as good as the experience with Sergej! Not to forget: Sergej's has such a friendly and calm personality - I would highly recommend him as a teacher!

"A.H.M.A.D. is no doubt one of the most humble, approachable, and skillful guitar teacher you can find around. I have been studying with Ahmad for the past 3 and a half months. Ahmad was not the first music instructor I had. He is however, the best one so far by a large margin. Since the first lesson Ahmad has been extremely professional and organized in his teaching methods. He is able to quickly identify my strengths and weaknesses as a player, tailor his lessons to fit my capabilities, and help me improve in great effectiveness.

I took lessons once a week with Ahmad, and every week I could see noticeable improvements because Ahmad assigned me homework that was fun and challenging but never frustrating. But beyond this, not only have I become a more skilled guitar player, through Ahmad help I was also able to apply a lot of the theoretical music knowledge in other aspects. When I hear a piece of music, I find that I am slowly able to identify parts of the music, break it down into logical steps, and connect the music to the fretboard of the guitar.

I am a college student with a busy schedule both on and off work, but with Ahmad I was able to greatly improve nonetheless. Thank you Ahmad , I really look forward to coming back to the area and be your student again."

"I try to teach myself guitar through the internet... and I think it back fired. Rob was able to work with me with my odd mixed background. He has the great ability to work with you and utilize what you already know to help learning new material. We got started by reworking some foundational issue and some music theories. Then we added some finger exercises to build up strength and dexterity. We also set some short term and long term goals to work towards and look forward to. To top it off, he is able to work around my miserable schedule and is very flexible to accommodate my needs. I should have just saved myself the headaches and take some lessons right away instead of trusting the internet (never trust the internet). Highly recommend."
