As a young teenager I grew rebellious and learned how to play the electric guitar and have since sought teachers outside my family to learn modern styles and 5 other instruments!! Such varied musical experience has made me a very well rounded musician and allowed me to use diferent approaches and techniques in my teaching. *** Lesson Details *** I always base my teaching style and curriculum on the individual student. I love teaching students who are enthusiastic about learning the complex language of music and wish to be pushed to meet their goals. I also love teaching students who want a more laid back experience, perhaps ...

Edward first became fascinated with the guitar at the age of fifteen. Before long he was putting bands together and looking for gigs. As time went on, his influences grew to include everything from classical to hip-hop to pop, but the one genre that that made the strongest impact was flamenco. Between trips Edward studied classical guitar at Grossmont College and San Diego State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in music performance in 2008.
