Classical Guitar with Michelle K.

The first song that made me want to learn guitar as a kid was Smoke On The Water and Nancy Wilson of Heart inspired me to be a Rock guitarist. I've studied guitar and music from grade school all through college and spent countless hours listening to my favorite songs over and over to figure them out (yeah, that was before youtube was a thing. I've played guitar in school jazz bands and classical guitar ensembles both recreationally and professionally. My personal philosophy is that life should be fun and learning music should be GREAT FUN. In all my years of teaching one of the things I've found that makes music fun for the student is when I'm able to teach something they thought was complicated in an easy way that makes the student smile and say "that's it!?!
