I've played everything from Bluegrass to Big Band jazz. I don't place any limits on the styles or genres we can explore in our lessons. My main intention is to make music exciting and educational. I tailor my lessons to fit each students goals. We can learn to read, improvise, and play by-ear. For those who are interested, I also enjoy discussing what it's like to make a living as a musician (music equipment, live performance, studio recording, starting a band, finding gigs, etc).

Music is one of the most important parts of my life. I started playing when I was 6, and I've been hooked ever since! I've performed with bands in many different genres. Over the past two years, I've shared the stage with The Wailers, Charles Bradley, The Bellamy Brothers, and countless others. I've also performed with musicians such as Chuchito Valdes and Jennifer Holiday. Currently, I'm a touring musician based here in Tampa. I perform with a 10-piece soul band, a Nashville-based country outfit, and my own jazz trio. I love teaching and sharing my stage experience!

My son had a great time on his first piano lessons with Zachary. He tells me he can not wait till his next lessons and even commented how happy he was with his instructor, Zachary. My husband and I also commented that we could not have chosen a better instructor. Zachary has been punctual, polite, and most of all has patience with my son who is only seven years old.

Zack is helping me see that learning keyboard is not as complicated as I once thought. Great lesson from a great teacher!

Zack is an amazing instructor. He is extremely talented, and has a knack for articulating what it is he's trying to convey to me. He is also very patient, which is important to a beginner like myself!

Extremely excited about lessons with Zachary! He is very patient, talented, and creative. I’m definitely going to take the next step in my quest to become a “real” keyboard player!!

Zachary really inspired my granddaughter to enjoy the lessons, practice and get better and better!  She was really elated after the lesson!  He was a very good choice for her.

Zack truly helped me understand the music better than I had before. He was very encouraging and helped me overcome the obstacles that were in my way. Not to mention his skills as a player!

First lesson was great, inspired my 11 year old to get excited about playing the piano.

Zack was fabulous and very knowledgeable.  He made me feel comfortable and I was so excited to learn. He is a fantastic and patient instructor, my experience was very satisfactory.
