Dance is the language of the soul. I have had the opportunity to teach dance for 5 years and have been dancing for 20 years. Choreography that is fun will help you relax and release. Dance is great way to exercise and express yourself. In my dance class you are sure to pick up easy steps that you will be doing even after the class is over. You will have so much fun you won't even know you are working out. We will be exploring different types of dance styles. Sp if you have ever wanted to try a dance class that is fun and easy going this is the class for you!

I am a choreographer and fitness instructor. I began dancing when I was 7. I started choreographing in the 8th grade. I danced throughout high school a d college and when I graduated I had the opportunity to teach dance to inner city students and was able to choreography for products, recitals and other performances. I recieved my notification to do praize kraze  in 2017. 

Dance is a huge part of who I am and I love to share it with others.
