I assisted my piano teacher to teach children from age 5-13 for a year. Starting from writing and reading notes (very beginner) to playing early advanced pieces. I pay attention to details, such as body and hand positions, fingerings, and other musical aspects. My goal is to help students to achieve their goals.
I love sharing my knowledge and experiences with other people. It is a very rewarding feeling for me to witness one's growth. I would love classical music to continue to the next generation by teaching.
I am currently enrolled at Mannes College of Music, majoring in Classical Piano Performance in NYC. This is my second year in the program. I have won numerous competitions and performed in festivals in Indonesia. I finished my grade 8 ABRSM in 2014 with distinction (142)
I am a patient and observant teacher. I am willing to work with students' requests. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions.
