My name is Yuliya and I am in love with music! I have a huge passion for teaching music! I come from a musical family where everyone plays at least one instrument and sings. My background in music ranges from classical music, gospel and pop. I graduated music school in Ukraine where I studied for 7 years. After that I was playing piano for a Mariner High School choir while also singing as a worship leader at the Bethel Church. For about 6 years I taught kids piano and singing lessons and prepared them for different types of performances and concerts. I look forward to giving you my full focus and celebrating your growth and accomplishments! Fun fact about me: My last name is Chaikovska which is the same last name (if you spell it in russian) as one of the most popular composers in Russia. His name is Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. He wrote several works well known among the general classical public—Romeo and Juliet, the 1812 Overture, and his three ballets: The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, and The Sleeping Beauty.
