My mission is to give my students the most meaningful and enjoyable musical experience through piano lessons. Having studied with multiple master music educators from the Juilliard School and Manhattan School of Music, I understand that inspiration and positive influence is the best gift a music teacher can give to a student. Shaping young minds, I focus on proper technical foundation, sensitivity in sounds, while keeping the excitement of creating music. Lessons are usually held once a week, sometimes twice a week, either virtually, at my Upper West Side studio or at student's home in NYC. My students are ages of 5 and older, at all levels. Complete beginners are welcomed.

It was so fortunate for my son to find Dr. Yoon Lee as a very professional piano teacher. He was almost 12 years old when we found her name online during COVID pandemic. He started playing piano at age 3 and we were looking for next level, the upscale piano teacher. At first my son was a little nervous because of her tremendous career background. but her kind, cheerful and thoughtful approach had captured his heart almost instantaneously. My son loved her professionalism without any forcible advise and he really enjoyed her teaching style. When my son proclaimed he wished to become a pianist in the future, surprisingly she created his next 6 year curriculum. Now he had been practicing piano for more than 4 hours, joyfully and tirelessly everyday. We highly recommend Dr. Yoon Lee for the best piano teacher from beginner to advanced level. Once the students are drawn into Dr. Yoon Lee's pleasant enthusiasm, It is guaranteed that they will be in the right path to their success.

Dr. L. is an amazing teacher. After just a short time I have seen my daughter’s piano technique improve dramatically. Dr. L. is kind, thorough, patient and successfully manages to engage my four year old to make it a fun lesson every time. We would without a doubt recommend Dr. L. to everyone.

My 11-year-old son has been studying piano with Dr. Lee for last 3 years. My son started from absolutely no background in music and cannot believe how fast he has improved. Now he is playing Mozart and Beethoven already. She has been so dedicated and supportive. We cannot recommend Dr. Lee highly enough
