I'm a professional flutist and pianist who recently graduated from Berklee College of Music. I also have a performance Bachelor from one of the best music performance universities in Taiwan, which is Taipei National University of the Arts. I have played the flute for 18 years and piano for 20 years. Also, I have lots of experience playing in a vast amount of different type of concerts. From chamber to orchestra, from pop to classical, and from section player to an orchestra soloist. The lessons are personally customized and a variety of styles such as: Pop, classical, jazz, world music and more will be learned. I'm willing to help students to improve as much as they can :) And here are some of my awards and honors that I would love to share with you: -2017: the Soren Christensen Award from Film Scoring Department at Berklee College of Music. -2016: the Matthew Marvuglio Endowed Scholarship at Berklee College of Music. -2015: the Performance Division Dean’s Award at Berklee College of Music. -2013: Be elected as the representative addressing the students at the graduation ceremony at Taipei National University of the Arts. -2012-2013: Be elected as the Director of Graph Arts in TNUA Music Department Student Association. -2012-2013 1st place and 3rd place for Presidential Awards at Taipei National University of the Arts. -2009: 1st place for Taipei National Student Competition of Flute solo. -2005: 1st place for Taiwan National Student Competition of Woodwind Quintet. -1999: 2nd place for Taiwan National Student Competition of Piano Solo. -1999: 2nd place for Taiwan National Student Competition of Recorder Solo.
