Highly experienced and engaging teacher that enjoys seeing students learn and grow. I try to bring out the best in my students by focusing on their areas of strength and encourage them to develop and use their strength in the process of acquiring new knowledge. If a student is a visual learner and is struggling with fractions, then I will use real life example of cutting a pie to help the student understand the concept. Each student has their own unique learning style. I try to adapt my lesson plans based on the student's style. Some like to learn through practice, so I incorporate mini practice sessions in my lesson planning. Watching each student learn, grow and improve is a truly rewarding experience for me.
