Head coach for both teams. Work with my varsity team on refining there personal skills with the position that suits them also work on game strategy and offense power. With the JV team it is all about teaching the basics from how to put there hands together for a pass to the footwork for a spike building the basic skills for all positions on the court that way when they move on to the next level it will be easier to find the position they are most skilled at.
