Strength and Conditioning with Xiomara R.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, problem solving and educating are my strong suits. I love anatomy, enjoy math, and am interested in science (although I'm not great at this one). I enjoy the act of teaching; being part of someone's educational development brings me much joy. I'm not great at "selling" myself as to why you should choose me to be your instructor, but I hope to be able to assist students who may be struggling find effective studying strategies to grasp and understand the material presented.
