Violin with Wilson H.

I started playing the violin when I was 3.5 and the viola when I was 14 years old. I have been teaching both violin and viola for four years now and am excited to have new students! Last summer, I was selected to join the world-renowned National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America (NYO-USA), performing for audiences in Taipei, Shanghai, Beijing, Seoul, and Daejeon under the direction of the great Michael Tilson Thomas and piano soloist Jean-Yves Thibaudet. In high school, I was selected to join the National Association for Music Education's (NAfME's) All-National Honor Symphony Orchestra. I was also the principal violist for the Eastern Senior District Symphony Orchestra and the New England Conservatory Preparatory school’s Youth Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2017, I appeared on a Nike commercial featuring basketball star Kyrie Irving’s new line of basketball shoes. In 2018, I performed in a small chamber group on the National Basketball Association’s “Players Only” show, a live national television broadcast. After growing up in the Suzuki program beginning at the age of three-and-a-half years old, I spent every Saturday at the New England Conservatory’s Preparatory School from first grade until I graduated high school. No matter what age, I am ready to help you excel in your musical journey!
