Hey there. My name is William H. I have been studying martial arts for about 14 years. Most importantly I do not represent any school, style, or person. I'm an instructor, catalyst, and advocate. I do not claim to be a master. Whether you are experienced or not I can without a doubt augment your abilities. I have taught for about nine years. I teach components of various styles. Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Jujutsu, Western Boxing, and more. I started at Miller's Martial Arts Academy in Kirkland, WA and from a former Israeli Defense Force solider. Additionally, Doug Carducci and other teachers from Sasori Academy MMA. Eastside Martial Arts. Chris Hartman and Armando Diaz; both Muay Thai ring fighters. My father, a practitioner of 40 years of Kyokushinkai Karate and other practices. Tyler king, an independent teacher. James Saeger, former teacher at Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios. I have also trained at many different schools all around the Northwest.

-Interrupted combination drills, random strikes/blocks/counters with pads, and dynamic improvisation drills.
-Redirection of movement, strikes, etc.
-Active small step evasive counters, trapping, and synced combos.
-Prevention, profiling methods, and tells.
-Preemptive techniques, Opposite method training, and disabling/strikes on strikes drills.
-Accuracy drills, impact conditioning, and striking with weights.
****Offering classes from 30-240 minutes****
Whether you are looking for exercise or self defense training I could cover either and more. Generally effective long lasting self defense capabilities are synonymous with intense exercise and effort. Peace and safety are very important to me. Drills are good and we do them but real fights are usually random and chaotic. I offer training to be better prepared for those scenarios.
Teaching martial arts part time, and at times, full time for many years.

Assisted underwater divers/scuba divers in cleaning beaches under water/on the surface/on land in Washington state.
Having never done martial arts before I was amazed at how well William explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. He is well-versed in a variety of forms of martial arts and can individualize the lessons in regards to speed, complexity, and content. This flexibility was really great because I could tell him what I wanted to focus on and he could tailor the lessons to that. For me it is really important to know the how, why, and real-life implications of everything and he can explain all that to me or direct me to pertinent resources that can. William is very passionate about martial arts and is genuinely interested in helping others to develop those skills and I would highly recommend him to anyone!+ Read More
Awesome teacher, great attitude with a ton of knowledge. Ask lots of questions, he'll definitely know the answer if not then i'm sure he'll figure out a way to.
William has a great attitude and an immense knowledge of martial arts. He is extremely skilled, compassionate, and has a no-ego, non-judgmental approach to his teaching. I recommend this instructor for students both new and experienced. I guarentee he has something to bring to the table to grow you as a person and a martial artist no matter what your background may be.+ Read More
William was a great instructor. I had never done any kind of martial arts before and he was extremely helpful. He started with the most basic aspects (posture, stance, etc) and made sure I had those down before moving on to various punches and kicks. By the end of the lesson he was integrating more complicated combinations and increasing the pace, but always closely watched my form to ensure I hadn't forgotten what we'd started with. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking to increase or improve their martial arts abilities.+ Read More
A wide body of knowledge at his disposal to share with his students. Excellent technique and endurance training. Lots of possibility for cross training and versatility. Also has a great passion for the philosophical side of the martial arts.
Very little that he wont touch on if you merely ask.
