I am delighted as a music teacher and performer, with excitement and joy when my students really enjoy music. A musician is just like a 'Messenger of Love, Beauty, and Truth', bringing to people what is lovely, truthful and pure. Learning a musical instrument can open our eyes to see beauty of life, to embrace our sense of being and further, to prove that quality and purpose of life results from more than just physical satisfaction. For years we find that most studios, limited to resources and the pressure of exams - a competition-oriented approach, provide merely technical training on skills, but not a holistic encountering of music. We will try to bring about a different approach: Without diminishing the skill training, we will enhance the music appreciation training by guiding students to listen to legendary historical recordings on a regular base. Furthermore we'll also encourage our students to reach out together to the communities with our concerts and services, based on the passion to deliver high quality performance. The sole purpose of this approach is to awaken and cultivate our love for music as well as to rectify the purpose of learning classical music. We hope our students can eventually experience that the purpose of music making , or in a broader view, performing arts, is to enrich our world, physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is the reason we are the messenger of love - the Almighty God.
