I have practiced Many different Martial Arts, like Karate, Kung Fu, Philipinian Kali eskrima since the age of 10. When I turned 25 I fell in love with Kickboxing and Thai boxing, after I have practiced these combat sports disciplines for a couple of years I took a Kickboxing and Muay Thai course for coaches with the Italian Academy and Federation of combat sports that was then named FENASCO under the leadership of well renown coach Carlo Diblasi. After a few months I received my instructor's diploma and I have since then coached many athletes, some of whom went onto becoming national and international champions. I have trained consistently for many years with world legendary kickboxing and Thai Boxing champions like Ramon Dekkers, Andre Mannhart and Rob Kaman, just to name a few. I have had the chance to coach in South Africa, in Dubai and now I do privately coach in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Now I am based in Los Angeles, where I am launching my own magazine and yearly book project.
I was referred to Wahb after seeing the physical and lifestyle changes of a good friend. She lost 15 pounds and was so much happier as she was eating clean and having fun. I wanted to know her secret!
When I met Wahb he was friendly, kind, energetic, knowledgeable and I felt safe having him in my home. Our first session entailed evaluating my "body type", asking key questions about my goals, eating habits, any past injuries along with exercises/activities that I enjoy. Next we began our challenging workout. Usually I walk on the treadmill and never see results or feel soreness. Wahb made sure I was sweating and learning new exercises I had never seen before. Wahb was taking a lot of notes while he was showing me the correct form and explaining every exercise step-by-step. Every thing made sense.
After a challenging workout, Wahb customized a meal plan for me for the next 2 weeks. The meals were delish and 6 pounds melted away without starving.
My goal is to drop 30 pounds. I see Wahb 3 days per week and 1-2 days at the gym. I have lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks eating what I love and mixing our workouts from inside strength training and stretching to outdoor cardio. Mixing things up seems to be the key to Wahb's technique. He's a wealth of information.
Recently my husband has been commenting on how great I look and he has scheduled 6 sessions with Wahb. I recommend Wahb to anyone who wants to see results and work with someone passionate who really cares about your health and wellness. He is not your average gym trainer looking to take your money. I also love that Wahb is available anytime for questions. He's very attentive with his clients.

I must say that, for a man who is 50 of age, and always looking like he is in his mid 30"s, Wahb has figured it all out! What he taught me about nutrition is probably the most valuable thing when it comes to keeping healthy eating right, eating light, yet have an incredible amount of energy at all times. Nutrition with Wahb is made simple yet incredibly delicious, the ingredients are all natural and organic in the most part, mostly vegetables, greens and seeds, with a few selected meats and a lot of healthy herbs and spices. A basic nutrition that is rich with all the essential nutrients, and where all the superfluous food is almost totally discarded. If one wants to keep healthy, strong and young looking... Wahb is the guy!
Needless to add that he is so proficient in any type of physical exercise, combat sports, self defense and many various sports. His main focus is how to exercise to be fit maintaining a constant attention to improving health and well being.
Wahb is honestly the best trainer I have ever worked with. His self defense methods are great, and I have never gotten a better workout with another trainer. I really love how patient and kind he is, while also being tough and kicking your butt at the same time! He makes you feel so comfortable, and doesn't make you discouraged at all. I started kickboxing when I was 19, so I have practice for nearly 3 years with some amazing coaches. I had a great form and I was quite good, but everything changed when I started having my lessons with Wahb. Everything I knew went up a few notches and to a whole new level. First of all, Wahb is a gentle and kind person with an incredible level of experience and expertise. He focuses on every aspect of training, from strength and conditioning, to peed, working on a perfect guard, defense and counter techniques, incredibly effective attack techniques and if you are a competitor he advise you on the best fighting strategies... As he likes to say it himself 'I don't teach you how to fight, I teach how to win the fight"
I need to also point out one very important aspect, Wahb's first rule and last is SAFETY! He is adamant on teaching and training in the safest way possible!
