Guitar with Wade C.

My name is Wade Caldwell. I am a composer, performer, educator and student of music. I graduated in 2015 from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance. In the fall of 2016 I completed a semester at NYU pursuing my masters degree also in Music Performance. Guitar is my primary instrument while I also have experience teaching and playing upright bass, electric bass, ukulele and cavaquinho. During my college years I worked as a professional musician in Charleston playing at various bars, restaurants, weddings, private events and venues. . Most of my musical education was guided through the genre of Jazz which has helped me thoroughly understand the various ways that music works. I have studied Classical, Pop, Latin, Funk, Hip Hop, Rock, Reggae, Soul, Blues, and many other styles of music. I am always trying to learn more about the mysteries of music and I find great pleasure in helping others solve them too.
