Vivian Wang has been teaching violin and viola privately since 2001, and since coming to America in 2008, she has built a sizeable studio in the San Gabriel area. She has also coached violin and viola for the Jefferson Middle School Orchestra, and has taught group violin classes for the San Gabriel School District. Students in Ms. Wang’s studio take the ABRSM exams, perform in a yearly recital, and the advanced among them routinely earn spots in youth symphony orchestras such as PYMO, OYO and CYMO. Vivian also tutors music theory, including ABRSM exam preparation and AP Music Theory.
