I am the director and a violin/viola instructor at Harmony Music Institute. I previously worked as a violin teacher at the String Project at Sacramento State University

I focus on technical skills, tone quality, intonation, and musicality. I try to teach my students ways to be able to shift smoothly and freely on the violin and to be able to play relaxed avoiding any tension. Being able to play relaxed is an essential quality of a violinist because the more relaxed you are, the better the quality of your performances will be. I encourage my students to perform in public as much as possible and teach them methods to avoid nervousness on stage. I played a huge variety of technical repertoire and can work with any student levels. My goal is to make my students enjoy playing and performing music.

I focus on technical abilities, tone quality, and musicality. I want my students to shift easily around the violin, avoiding any tension in their performances. On behalf of my education, I received Bachelor of Music Performance from Sacramento State University and currently applying to a music conservatory for the Master program.
