Violin with Victoria T.

Tori is a Norman based violinist, music theory enthusiast, and violin teacher. She has over 9 years experience teaching private lessons and has been playing the violin for 17 years. Some adjectives she would use to describe her teaching method are: encouraging, adaptive to each student, fun, focused, and rigorous. She has two degrees in music: a bachelor's degree in musical arts with a violin emphasis from Oklahoma Baptist University and a master's degree in music theory from the University of Oklahoma. While at OBU, she was a two-time winner of the annual concerto competition, and was inducted into the prestigious Pi Kappa Lambda honors society. During her time at OU, Tori presented papers the Oklahoma Music Theory Round Table and the Pacific Northwest Graduate Music Conference.
