    Hi there! Growing up in California I fell in love with language (although my penmanship was really awful until the 9th grade...). Over the years I have enjoyed helping people achieve their academic and professional goals through cultivating strong communication skills. To attain understanding is the first step, then we need the skills to express that understanding. I love to help people set realistic goals for themselves and then watch them surpass those goals. Effective learning starts with a "WHY". Why learn this? If we have a clear reason for doing something, then we will make time to work at it. The first key is working together to find the ways that you or your child learn best. I could have a Nobel Prize, but if I haven't understood how you learn I am not going to be able to pass on my knowledge effectively. The second key is to acknowledge that you can do it. We all get discouraged sometimes, when something is difficult that means it's time to look at it in a different way.

    I founded this business with a view to helping individuals who for whatever reason were not finding results within the framework of typical classroom learning. Whether busy professionals with specific needs for advancement or children suffering form PTSD, individuals in the Autism Spectrum or with physical or behavioral disabilities anyone who wants to learn can be assisted to find the method that works best for them. I still teach my students remotely and my husband continues to run the business locally while I prepare for our move to the U.S.
