I am a French macaron baker and teacher. I have my own small business called, Victoria’s Macarons in South Carolina. I have been teaching kids how to make French macarons online since 2020. I have been making macarons since 2014 and I love it. I have my BS degree in psychology from USC Upstate. I am currently a 4K and Kindergarten teacher. I worked at a child development center as a teacher and later as the Director. I love working with kids. I have two little ones of my own. I love baking. It is one of my passions. I love teaching others my passion.

Ms. Victoria was amazing! Even though we had some internet issues she made the class fun. Karis learned how to make perfect french macarons all on her own. She is only 12 yrs old. Victoria made learning fun, easy and even provided receipts step by step so Karis could continue to make great cookies/filling again. It was Karis's Birthday and Victoria took the time and care to notice and sing Happy Birthday to Karis. It meant alot to her. We will have Victoria teach classes again for sure.
