Learning and sharing knowledge are my life. As a medical doctor, surgeon and health coach I've done plenty of studying, learning from others, teaching, explaining, listening and communicating effectively. As a tutor I look forward to getting to know your unique way of thinking about your particular academic challenge. I am highly flexible and contactable. I only keep a small and select group of students that I know well and go the extra mile for. This enables me to adapt to their style and needs. As a surgeon I've had to explain very complex medical concepts to people of all ages and walks of life, often in challenging and emotionally-charged circumstances. This has honed my communication skills and heightened the satisfaction I get from getting a concept across to my student and ultimately watching him/her master it. Einstein once wrote, "The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all art and science." I believe the mysterious is beautiful because it dares us to understand it. All humans are experts at understanding. I love proving this to each and every one of my students.
