Percussion with Victor N.

My name is Victor and I am 25 and have recently graduated from UC Davis with my BA in Music, Percussion Performance. I have performed in the UC Davis Symphony Orchestra, UC Davis Jazz Combos, UC Davis Big Band, Percussion Group Davis, and the UC Davis Samba School. I studied percussion under the direction of the incredible Chris Froh and Brazilian Percussion with Oakland based, Brian Rice. I am experienced in both classical solo repertoire and orchestral repertoire. This includes Timpani, Snare Drum, two and four mallet grip Keyboards (marimba, xylophone, vibraphone). I am experienced with drum set especially in the Jazz, Funk, Rock genres. I also play various hand drums including: the pandeiro, congas, repinique, dumbek, darbuka. I am a very friendly and patient person and will do everything I can to cater our lessons to what you want to accomplish. Want to learn to play drum set to your favorite rock tune?
