Veronica is a pianist, vocalist and composer who originally hails from Washington, D.C. She has been teaching and performing for over a decade and continues to seek out new and exciting musical opportunities. She holds an M.M. from the University of North Texas and a B.M. from Berklee College of Music. *** Lesson Details *** Music is a gift. My goal as a teacher is to share my knowledge of this gift with others, so that they too will have the ability to understand and enjoy the creation of music. Studying an instrument should be rewarding and I do my best to keep it a positive experience for my students. My method is versatile - custom fit for each individual who studies with me. It is my task as an educator to identify a student'€™s dominant learning style and use this information to engage him/her in the learning process. The overall agenda is set, as far as what I expect students to learn, but how I present the material differs from person to person. I am interested in making sure that the student not only comprehends the lessons, but feels a sense of pride in their accomplishments.
