I’m a ESL teacher and have taught all over the world since 2000. I have a Masters in TESOL and a CELTA certificate. I am currently teaching teachers IELTS and General English in Turkey. I have had the opportunity to teach and train a diverse group of students and teachers, in a variety of settings, including universities, businesses, public schools, private schools, and conversation centers. Consequently, I have gained in-depth knowledge of accommodating different styles of learners and incorporating effective methods to meet students’ unique needs. I have experience in teaching IELTS & TOEIC, English for Academic Purposes (EAP), Business English, Writing, and Conversation. I have also been a technology coach and have always been an advocate of tech in the classroom. I teach my students in a comfortable, fun, and relaxed manner. I create lessons that are applicable to your life, engaging, and enjoyable. The more that lessons can relate and add value to your life, the more you will learn and retain. In addition, the more a person is comfortable and relaxed the more learning occurs. I work with a variety of students from students who want to improve their conversation to students who would like to gain confidence in the workplace.
