Hi, my name is Umanand and I am a guitarist, bassist, producer, and educator. I recently graduated from Berklee College of Music with a BA in Professional Music. I have been teaching guitar to students for years prior to Berklee. While at berklee I was an academic tutor and helped other students with the Music Theory, Arranging, Ear training, and Technology curriculum. I also gave lessons and small private clinics while at Berklee. I have experience with all ages from 4 to 50 years old.
My method of teaching is very easy to follow. I have been told I have an ability to simplify and organize very complicated topics into very understandable information. I am good with people and I study thought, and how the brain works. I will be able to learn your learning style quickly and adapt to it.
If you want the best music lesson you've ever had, sign up for a lesson with me! I guarantee you'll come back for more!

He built up my knowledge of the basics and encouraged me to do what felt right within them. Since he taught me, I've learned a few rock songs, but I enjoy my own music much more.+ Read More
