Are you a homeschooler looking for music lessons or classes? You've come across the right teacher. My name is Tyler, I'm a jovial and engaging personality who also happens to be pretty good at musicing. I have a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory/Composition and have five years experience teaching various instruments. I specialize in early piano education, but also teach guitar, elementary fundamentals of music, and combinatory voice (putting singing with piano or guitar). I've been the lead vocalist in six bands, sung choral solos, been a featured pianist for an orchestra, played both piano and guitar in jazz ensembles, and played hours of live solo performance. I have personally developed some very useful concepts and methods in teaching piano that can't be found anywhere else (to my knowledge). I have lots of experience working with kids as young as 1.5, but not older than 65 (at least not yet). With my silly looking hair, big beard, tall stature, infectiously happy demeanor, and my deep understanding of and experience in music, your kids will be learning impressive music quickly and having a ton fun along the way. I teach private lessons or group classes, but group classes should ideally have kids no more than three years apart and can have as many as 25 kids.
