    About Twinkle B.

I am a working professional actor, who has been teaching since the 80's. I think that acting is acting. Once you have a solid foundation, the difference between stage or scene is minor. I like to help my students find the most natural and seamless way to a character by using the text and various exercises. I find teaching and acting to be a tremendous joy and I love sharing that delight. I am frequently in NYC for work and auditions and can come to you if you are not in the Beacon, NY area. In the past year, I have done Co and guest starring roles on the following TV shows: MURPHY BROWN; GOTHAM; MADAM SECRETARY; LUKE CAGE; ELEMENTARY; THE OTHER TWO; and the upcoming "THE LOUDEST VOICE" on Showtime, with Russell Crowe. I have been in many National and regional commercials. I have done theatre at such prestigious venues as Woolly Mammoth, Dorset Theatre Festival (Winner of the "Best Actress" award for VALLEY SONG) , and The Public Theatre, to name a few. I began working as a professional actor and got my auditions and booked work without representation. My Acting Without an Agent™ technique still gets me in the room and I would love to share that knowledge as well.
